Biography

Mr. Dolezal has served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer since February 2024. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President of Information Technology from March 2021 to February 2024 and as Director of Information Technology since joining us in June 2018. In his current role, he is responsible for all areas of Information Technology including cyber security, ensuring alignment with business strategy and is focused on providing value to Diamondback and its stockholders. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Dolezal served as Senior Manager in Information Technology at the end of his tenure for Devon Energy. He began his career with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he focused on implementing innovative, technical solutions for energy clients. He has over 20 years of technology leadership experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Dolezal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University.
