Biography

Mr. Martin has served as Senior Vice President of Production since February 2026. Prior to his current position, he served as Vice President of South Production Operations from September 2024 to February 2026, as our Director of Production Operations from February 2022 to September 2024, as Production Manager from November 2018 to March 2022, and as a Senior Reservoir Engineer from November 2016 to November 2018. Before joining Diamondback, Mr. Martin worked for Nadel and Gussman serving in various technical and managerial roles from 1995 to 2016, most recently as Engineering Manager. He began his career as a Drilling Engineer with Exxon in 1985 and served in various technical and planning roles before joining Nadel and Gussman in 1995. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
